Face of the day

Righteo, here's the face of the day. I felt like doing something different than a brown smokey eye, so I went totally out of my comfort zone and went for red! :)
This will look absolutely GORGEOUS on green eyes!

Products used:
FACE:
Armani Luminous Silk shade 2
Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer in Porcelain
Nars Deep Throat Blush
NYX Blush in Taupe

Eyes:
MAC Painterly Paint Pot
Glamour Doll Eyes Pigment in Lovers Lane
MAC Sketch e/s through the crease
Inglot 77 Gel Liner
Clinique High Impact Mascara
Brows: MAC Omega e/s
MAC Fascinating eye pencil under the brow

Carmex on the lips :)

I know the Glamour Doll eyes pigments are hard to get, however the Sleek Sunset Palette has lots of red tones in it. Or Inglot have a few, Eyeshadow 449, or Pure Pigment in 81 or 54.

Don't be afraid to wear colour, it's only makeup :)

Favourite Eyeshadow at the min!

Behold my lovelies, it is the beautiful eyeshadow, club from MAC. Its a gorgeous duo chrome eyshadow. Looking greeny brown in the pan, but blending out to a gorgeous warm brown.

(Sorry for robbing this photo, MAC's one was crap!)

Club packed onto the lid. You can see the green coming through.

Full on face view. This is a great colour as it's so easy. One shadow that looks like you've spent AGES doing your makeup.  The warm brown really brings out the blue in my eyes. Its just gorgeous! (sorry for hideous photo. It was taken at 6:30 am! )

This is a photo from a shoot I did. (Yes, its supposed to be that messy :P) I popped black kohl pencil all over the lid, then put club over it. This really brings out the green in the shadow, which gives a different dimension to a smokey eye!

Win all around for me! :)

What's your favourite eyeshadow at the minute?

Another makeup post! :) (picture heavy!)

So, this Saturday, I headed along to the Wright Venue to do the makeup for the Ms So Sue Me 2012 final. It was a great day, very tiring, but it was great. I had the pleasure of doing 2 finalist's, a dancer and the lovely Lara from the Lara Boutique, and Ciara from there too. ( forgot to take pics of her! :( ) But anyway, here below are pics from the night. Hope you enjoy!! :)
